III - FP&A
(High-Impact, High-Visibility Role)- KNOXVILLE, TN Are you a strategic finance professional who wants a seat at the table with executive leadership? This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible FP&A role supporting system-wide performance across a leading healthcare organization. This isn't just reporting — this is influencing decisions, shaping strategy, and driving impact. What You'll Do Partner directly with senior leadership, including the CFO , to deliver actionable financial insights Play a key role in monthly operating reviews (MORs), forecasting, and strategic planning Build and own pro forma models, forecasts, and variance analysis Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling insights that drive decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, service line leaders, accounting, IT, and decision support teams Help evolve FP&A capabilities through improved reporting, dashboards, and analytics Why This Role Stands Out High visibility with executive leadership and enterprise FP&A True business partner role — not just back-office finance Opportunity to influence system-wide strategy and performance Build deep expertise in healthcare finance and operations Be part of evolving analytics and data-driven decision-making initiatives Opportunity for hybrid work outside close week Excellent benefits, culture & community of colleagues who care about each other What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance or other business related degree required Strong FP&A foundation — modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving-- 6+ years experience minimum required Ability to work through ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges Excellent communicator who can turn data into clear, actionable insights Proactive, curious, and strategic mindset Healthcare FP&A experience is a plus, but strong finance/analytics backgrounds are welcome Exciting growth opportunity & chance to work with a tight-knit team!
