Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote per week) Position Summary The Contract Analyst supports CEDEP and BGM by managing contract requests from intake through execution, maintaining accurate contract records, tracking procurement and renewal timelines, reviewing invoices, and ensuring audit-ready documentation. The role works closely with program staff, fiscal, legal, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure contracts and payments move efficiently and in compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Planning and Intake Receive and review contract requests from program staff Confirm service needs, timelines, funding source, and scope Develop or review scopes of service and contract budgets Ensure alignment with program, grant, and state requirements Identify contract type (new, renewal, amendment, termination, closeout) Track deadlines and prevent service gaps 2. Competitive Procurement Management Determine if procurement must be competitive Support development of RFA/RFGP and related procurement documents Coordinate timelines, postings, evaluations, and required forms Ensure compliance with procurement and documentation standards 3. Caspio Contract Tracking & Workflow Management Use Caspio to initiate, track, and manage contracts and amendments Maintain accurate contract records (vendor, dates, funding, liability, status) Monitor workflow stages and resolve routing issues Track expiring contracts and prioritize renewals 4. Invoice Review & Payment Processing Review invoices for accuracy and contract compliance Ensure proper coding, documentation, and timely processing (within 5 business days) Track invoice status and follow up on delays Monitor spend, balances, and contract risks Escalate issues such as overspending or missing documentation 5. Program Support & Recordkeeping Support program staff with contract development and submissions Coordinate with program, fiscal, legal, procurement, and leadership teams Provide status updates on contracts and payments Maintain complete and audit-ready contract files and documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience in contract management, procurement, invoice review, or fiscal administration Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, and tracking systems (e.g., Caspio) Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, and supporting documentation Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently LI_TSC About our Company:
