This role is responsible for developing analytic models and reporting tools that support organizational strategies and decision-making by monitoring payment trends; supporting contract negotiations; and pursuing revenue integrity across both contracted and select non-contracted payors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) in Finance; Accounting; Health economics; or related field Minimum Work Experience 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or healthcare revenue cycle. Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis techniques Strong skills in data visualization; forecasting; spreadsheet tools Ability to lead analytical projects and collaborate across departments Strong presentation and communication skills Competence for reading and interpreting payor contract content Designated Driver No OSHA Category 3 - Low Risk
