Riverside is a privately-held real estate investment firm recognized for deep expertise and consistent performance in development, investment, leasing and management of exceptional real estate opportunities across Central Texas.
Position Description:
The Investment and Development Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of functions surrounding the underwriting, closing, and business plan execution for a variety of acquisition and development investments. This position will work closely with key members of the acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management teams in all aspects of the project execution.
Responsibilities:
Perform the underwriting, market feasibility analysis, and manage all aspects of due diligence of potential real estate acquisition and development opportunities. Structure/build detailed financial models to support investment decisions Prepare presentation materials for existing and new investments Assist in investor reporting and communications Provide support for the acquisition, financing, asset management, leasing, and disposition process Help with preparation for client presentations and marketing events Assist with other tasks as needed by the team and organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a preference for real estate, accounting, finance, economics, or engineering coursework. 1 to 3 years of direct real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions, development, or asset management Advanced Excel financial modeling knowledge Experience modeling the acquisition and operation of existing buildings preferred Experience with Argus Enterprise preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications & the ability to learn new applications Critical thinker with a strong work ethic Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Detailed analytical and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills Team-oriented and comfortable in a non-institutional approach and flat organizational structure
