They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team based in Austin, Texas. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role within the Strategy function, where you'll drive growth, enhance profitability, and play a pivotal part in business transformation across global operations. Main Purpose The Senior Financial Analyst will operate with a high level of independence, taking full ownership of building, evolving, and running the commercial finance partnership with the Revenue department. You'll provide commercial decision support, deliver high-quality analysis, and lead revenue forecasting and financial planning processes — directly influencing strategic outcomes as the business grows rapidly across the U.S. and the U.K. Key Responsibilities Partnership with the Revenue Department Transform the FP&A partnership model to deliver world-class commercial decision support. Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders including the Country Manager, Revenue Directors, and Account Directors. Align financial strategy with commercial goals to drive growth and profitability. Own and refine revenue and gross profit forecasts, integrating insights from pricing, volume, and cost levers. Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, client acquisition, renewals, and sales productivity. Commercial Finance and Global Standardization Support deal structuring and tender processes for new and existing clients. Build complex commercial models, assess margin impact, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Produce and maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking for key metrics. Identify and resolve cross-functional issues, collaborating with Accounting and Finance Operations. FP&A Processes Lead monthly revenue forecasting and annual planning processes end to end. Drive forecast and budget accuracy by embedding commercial insights into financial plans. Deliver analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders, including the executive team. Improve and automate systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency. Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights for board-level discussions. Other Responsibilities Lead strategic and ad-hoc projects within the Global Commercial Finance and FP&A space. Contribute to transformation programs that shape global finance operations. Essential Requirements 6+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with at least 3+ years supporting sales or revenue teams. Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate data into commercial insight. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable handling complex data. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Curious, proactive, and solutions-driven. Preferred Background in Big Four, investment banking, or consulting.
