Job Description:
This position is 4 days a week in office (Dallas, TX).
Responsibilities:
Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements by analyzing financial performance, operating trends, and transaction-related risks. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flow drivers, and key business metrics. Partner with management teams to gather information, assess financial results, and identify areas of risk and opportunity. Prepare detailed due diligence reports and presentations that summarize findings, key insights, and transaction considerations for clients.
Candidate Requirements:
1-4 years in public accounting (Audit, Advisory, or Tax) CPA or 4/4 parts passed Strong interest in transaction/deal advisory work
