Description:
8 Financial Reporting Analyst - Level 3 What You Will Be Doing This position will be responsible for day-to-day execution of Skunk Works Program Finance activities across a multitude of program functions and levels of leadership. Responsibilities include the ability to act independently in establishing, developing, and maintaining consistent and repeatable processes, procedures, and reports. Processes and procedures include analysis of monthly and comprehensive Estimate at Complete (EAC), monthly CDRL requirements, earned values (EV) metrics and trends, staffing and labor requirements, and associated variances using various toolsets. Key Responsibilities This position will perform multiple financial cost analyses pertaining to allocations, baseline activities, assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans, preparation of reports and contractual deliverables, and preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership. Responsibilities also include the coordination between program finance and planning ensuring the development of a monthly business rhythm, reporting requirements, program performance captured in a required timeframe, supporting internal and external reviews, validation and incorporation of monthly EV data, and deliverables. Coordination also includes the responsibility to support as needed the production of monthly IPMRs and CFSRs with analysis of performance and providing data required to produce each report. You bring a strong understanding of Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis, earned value metrics, cost allocations, baseline management, and financial performance reporting, and you are comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You are skilled at analyzing trends and variances, preparing contractual deliverables and leadership presentations, and supporting corrective action planning through data-driven insights. You are also an effective collaborator who partners across program finance, planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, timely deliverables, and continuous process improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4 years accounting/finance experience. Minimum 4 years experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel. Experience developing and maintaining Tableau reports, tables, and processes. Financial analysis experience. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business. Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP). Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR). Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion. Data analysis through use of self-developed queries. Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra. Experience in developing automated reports using applications such as Tableau, MS Office products, and Empower. High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites. Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports. Experience with formal

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
