As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join a business-focused finance team that partners closely with operations, sales, plant leadership, and group-level finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible environment where financial insights directly support performance, planning, and strategic decision-making. What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and strategic financial decision-making across the business. In this role, you will: Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning processes Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to financial and operational performance Partner with plant and operations leadership to explain performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives Perform pricing and margin analysis, including customer, product, and volume-based evaluations Prepare clear financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting for leadership review Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Group-level finance partners to support business initiatives and strategic projects Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, journal entries, and management reporting Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting What You'll Need The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and explain results clearly Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred QAD experience is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment What Will Help You Stand Out Experience supporting plant or operations leadership Experience with budgeting or financial planning tools Exposure to pricing, cost analysis, or margin management Strong business acumen with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset Comfort working in a highly visible role with frequent leadership interaction What You'll Gain At M&M Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful business decisions while gaining broad exposure across operations, sales, finance, and leadership.
