II, ASG IV

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent in related field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • + General ledger + AP + Reporting + Technical skills would include Excel, People Soft.
  • Job Summary:
  • This Financial Analyst II position will provide comprehensive financial, analytical, and operational support with a broad organizational scope for ASG IV and the Departments of OB/Gyn and Pediatrics.
  • Job Duties:
  • The Financial Analyst II position will work closely and collaborate with ASG IV and departmental leadership to provide comprehensive financial and analytical support.
The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: + Coordinates, prepares, and analyzes financial and operational reports, financial statements, scorecards, metrics,benchmarks, budgets, and financial forecasts as assigned + Develops, implements, and manages budgets + Efficiently retrieves, compiles, and analyzes financial data and statistical information + Assists in preparing information to identify trends that inform forecasts and support management decision-making + Analyzes historical and projected financial and operational data to provide leadership with actionable insights forfinancial decision-making + Produces ad hoc reports and analyses as needed + Supports account reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting processes + Oversees and leads the annual sub-certification process + Manages and reports on the RWSP grant + Monitors and manages accounts, including income and expenses, across E&G, MSRDP, Other Designated,Restricted, and Agency fund groups, ensuring compliance with budgets, policies, procedures, and donativeinstruments + Contributes to the strategic vision and goals of ASG IV and departmental leadership + Performs additional duties as assigned
