Accounting Analyst III Oceaneering - 3.8 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Stakeholder management Full Job Description The Project Support Analyst will provide flexible, hands-on support across the TAP (Time, Absence & Payroll) ERP transformation program, assisting with the coordination, administration, governance, testing, training, communications, and delivery activities required to support a successful implementation. This role will work across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, providing practical support wherever required to help maintain program momentum, manage competing priorities, and ensure key activities are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day program coordination activities across Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and related workstreams Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation where required Coordinate meetings, workshops, testing sessions, training activities, and stakeholder communications Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project plans, status updates, reports, dashboards, and program documentation Support testing activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, defect management, and reporting Assist with training coordination, readiness activities, and user engagement initiatives Manage and organize program documentation, ensuring information is maintained accurately and remains easily accessible Liaise with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and project team members to support delivery activities Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, hyper care, and operational readiness activities Provide general project support across the program as priorities and requirements evolve Key Attributes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasks Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Solutions-focused with a willingness to support wherever needed Additional Information Given the nature of a large-scale transformation program, responsibilities may evolve over time. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and supporting a broad range of activities across the program as required.
