Job Description

Treasury Analyst - High-Growth Oilfield Services CompanyOur client, a growing oilfield services company, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with an active CFO and gain hands-on exposure to treasury, cash management, banking operations, and corporate finance.

This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with ~50% focused on treasury and ~50% supporting accounting operations, making it ideal for someone early in their career looking to accelerate development.

What You'll DoManage daily banking activity and corporate accountsOversee and monitor ~25 corporate credit cardsAssist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planningPartner with the CFO on payment prioritization and vendor schedulingIdentify opportunities to streamline banking processes and reduce feesSupport collections and payment follow-ups with customers/vendorsAssist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliationsProvide general support to the accounting team as neededWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or bankingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong Excel and systems skillsHighly organized with a structured, detail-oriented approachAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentCPA or CFA pursuit is a plus Why This RoleDirect exposure to senior leadership (CFO)Broad, hands-on experience across treasury and accountingFast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong career growth and learning opportunity If you're looking to build a well-rounded finance foundation and gain real exposure early in your career, this is a role worth exploring.
