Job Description:

Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Healthcare organisation seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting across clinical and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial research, analysis, and forecasting across budgets and performance metrics Analyse financial trends, business performance, and operational efficiency Develop statistical and financial models to support reporting and recommendations Prepare management reports with charts, dashboards, and financial insights Support annual budgeting and review processes Evaluate processes, programs, and financial practices for optimisation opportunities Lead or coordinate small project teams and reporting initiatives Collect, validate, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources Support compliance reporting and regulatory documentation requirements Present findings to internal stakeholders using clear written and visual reporting Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or performance reporting Strong analytical and statistical skills Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills Familiarity with healthcare or clinical finance environments preferred Tools & Skills Excel | Financial modelling | Data analysis | Reporting tools | Presentation software Work Environment Full-time, on-site / standard office schedule (5 days, 8 hours) in Irving, Texas Industry Healthcare Finance | Financial Planning & Analysis | Clinical Operations
