Job Description:

FP&A Analyst | The Woodlands, TX We're placing a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with a well-established company headquartered in The Woodlands. This role is a fit for someone who's already figured out how to use AI tools to work smarter - and wants to bring that into a high-visibility corporate finance function with direct exposure to senior leadership. What you'll be doing: Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Building and maintaining financial models to track performance against plan Preparing variance analysis and management reporting packages for business unit and executive review Leveraging AI tools to automate recurring reporting, surface insights faster, and improve the quality of financial outputs Partnering cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and business leaders to gather inputs and explain results Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as priorities evolve What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve financial workflows, automate analysis, or enhance reporting - this is a real differentiator for this role Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; exposure to planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus Clear communicator who can translate numbers into a story for non-finance audiences Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing competing deadlines
