Full Job Description Job Description:
We are a fast-growing wellness and diagnostic clinic seeking a motivated, high-energy to Administrative & Financial Coordinator join our team. This role combines clinical skills, customer experience, and sales — perfect for someone passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best.
Job Description:
Manage invoicing across businesses Oversee QuickBooks + Bench accuracy Track expenses and categorize transactions Assist with payroll processing (Gusto) Maintain financial reports Handle vendor payments
Requirements:
Bookkeeping experience Familiar with QuickBooks Extremely detail-oriented Trustworthy (critical role) (NOT Required but A HUGE Plus)
Additional Responsibilities:
Administer vitamin injections (IM) with precision and confidence Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) Deliver wellness services and support IV therapy (if applicable) Educate clients on vitamins, supplements, and wellness products Provide exceptional customer service and patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Follow all protocols, procedures, and safety standards Accurately use POS systems and manage transactions Actively engage with clients and recommend services/memberships Post and engage on social media throughout the day (NOT Required but A HUGE Plus)
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomist
REQUIRED
Experience with injections and blood draws
REQUIRED
Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and wellness industry Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and people skills Sales experience or comfort recommending services (HIGHLY preferred) Comfortable using POS systems and multiple programs Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow

Requirements:
Must pass background check Must pass drug screening Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work on Saturdays Must be able to work when we have wellness events that are outside of regular business hours (Weekdays after 6 pm and Weekends morning/afternoon/evening)
Compensation:
$12+/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
