Job Description:
The Kent Companies is looking for a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys turning complex financial data into clear business insights that drive strategy and performance. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple business entities. You'll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support decision-making, improve processes, and help shape the financial future of a rapidly growing company. What You'll Do Lead and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business decisions Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators across the business Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and executive-level financial packages Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes Partner with Operations, Accounting, Fuel, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights Support month-end close and ongoing performance tracking What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related experience Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modeling Experience working in a multi-entity or high-volume environment preferred Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently Experience with Power BI, Power Query, PDI, FYISoft, or Laserfiche is a plus Why Join The Kent Companies?
