Job Title:
Financial Analyst Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to directly support executive leadership. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, strategic analysis, and decision support. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with the ability to communicate insights clearly and work closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making
  • Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with accounting, operations, and external auditors as needed
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and materials for meetings and strategic discussions
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and audit processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience preparing materials for executive leadership or board-level reporting
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools
  • Experience in cost accounting, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is a strong plus
