Auto finance Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Auto Finance applications including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, dealer management, and collections processes. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scenarios. Analyze integrations between Auto Finance platforms and downstream systems including credit bureaus, payment gateways, CRM, and third-party vendor applications. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and production support activities. Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and supporting end-to-end delivery of Auto Finance solutions.
