Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury (Senior) Analyst to support the treasury operations of our dynamic property management organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in opening/closing bank accounts, bank reporting, managing positive pay, and bank administration.
Responsibilities include:
Daily Cash Management:
Monitor Daily Cash positions for corporate accounts and determine funding availability for investing/debt paydown Support Property Accounts monitor daily cash positions for operating and reserve accounts across multiple properties/entities. Maintain liquidity reporting and support short-term cash forecasts.
Banking and Treasury Operations:
Serve as liaison with banking partners to support new account openings, signatory changes, and banking platform access. Manage Banking Administration Own end-to-end administration of positive pay set-up Maintain banking records, including KYC documentation and bank fee analysis.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare weekly and monthly cash forecasts at the corporate level Assist with variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted cash activity. Support development of treasury dashboards and key metrics for leadership reporting.
Compliance & Controls:
Support internal controls and audit requests related to treasury activities. Ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policies. Track loan payments, interest accruals, and escrow account balances.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to automate manual treasury functions using technology or bank services. Collaborate with accounting and accounts payable to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience; property management or real estate industry experience a plus Familiarity with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, TreasuryXpress) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is highly desirable Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and financial modeling Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Strong treasury and cash management expertise, including banking operations and liquidity management Advanced analytical skills with the ability to forecast, analyze variances, and interpret financial data High attention to detail and accuracy when managing cash, bank records, and compliance requirements Effective communication and relationship management with banks and internal stakeholders Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation

Compensation:
