Job DescriptionBryceTech is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Marine Corps financial management operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, budget execution monitoring, reconciliation activities, and data analytics.
The selected candidate will support senior financial personnel in evaluating financial performance, identifying discrepancies, and preparing reports that support Government decision-making.

Assist with development of cost estimates and financial analysesPrepare financial status reports and management briefingsAnalyze budget execution and financial management dataSupport reconciliation of PBIS, DAI, ADVANA, WYPC, TFSMS, and HRLink dataSupport USSGL transaction analysis and financial closeout activitiesAssist in identifying financial discrepancies and recommending corrective actionsDevelop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and ADVANASupport audit readiness initiatives and financial reporting requirementsAssist with preparation of leadership reports and budget execution metricsQualificationsActive Secret Clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or related discipline6+ years supporting Federal financial managementAdvanced expertise with:Marine Corps financial systemsUSSGL posting logicFinancial closeout processesData standardization and coding structuresExperience supporting:
