Job DescriptionBryceTech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Headquarters Marine Corps Budget & Execution Division in the development of financial plans, cost estimates, budget execution analysis, audit readiness initiatives, and financial system optimization efforts.
This position serves as a subject matter expert supporting Marine Corps financial management processes and enterprise financial systems.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop financial plans, forecasts, and cost estimatesAnalyze financial requirements and budget execution trendsSupport reconciliation and reporting activities across Marine Corps financial systemsProvide expertise regarding Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) business processesSupport financial reporting development within Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)Evaluate financial management system integration opportunities and process improvementsAssist with audit readiness, internal controls, and financial statement supportProvide recommendations to leadership regarding financial management practices and corrective actionsSupport analysis of execution data, USSGL transactions, and financial reporting requirementsQualificationsActive Secret Clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems, or related field10+ years supporting Federal financial managementExtensive experience with:
