The Position We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - D365 Finance & Operations to join our Information Services team, based in either our Martinsville, VA or High Point, NC offices. This role is responsible for supporting, analyzing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) within a manufacturing and distribution environment. The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes, optimize ERP functionality, support users, and deliver reporting and system solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of business operations within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
