Financial Analyst 6 Months contract -

In Person Must Have Qualifications:
Seasoned Financial Analyst with 7-10 years of related experience in finance, mortgage and/or mortgage securities. Must have advanced skills in Excel, ability to perform in depth data analysis, and present data. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Must be experienced in collecting and documenting requirements. Job Description Analyze, interpret, and visualize PnL, CRT and Capital Forecasting data to support business decisions within capital markets processes. Perform in-depth analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual capital and financial outputs, including variance analysis, forecast validation, and P&L impacts from model and data changes. Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather and document requirements and communicate progress.
Qualifications :
7-10 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst, or similar role in Financial Services industry. Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis related to mortgage and mortgage securities finance processes/data and financial reporting Strong understanding of capital markets and related financial concepts, secondary mortgage and mortgage securities processes and data (e.g., forecasting processes, model applications, financial instruments) Required outstanding experience collecting and documenting requirements related to financial processes automation Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present management reports and executive-level presentations
