We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting professional with 2-5 years of experience to support our finance operations. This role will contribute to core accounting functions and play a key role in reviewing sales proposals and contracts, providing financial input to project initiatives and supporting executive-level reporting. A key aspect will be to prepare timely project-based reports with analysis and the ability to independently work directly with project teams across the firm. At the Consultant-level, you will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You will serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm's expertise, product set, and capabilities. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm's brand and core values. Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support monthly close process and preparation of financial reports, including project based reporting and analysis.
Analyze business case financials and support review of project-related statements of work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with budget and financial goals
Prepare project based reports and summaries for the executive team to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with offshore resources to maintain financial consistency
Help maintain internal controls and assist with compliance activities
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement and automation Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Excellence in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in a technology or consulting firm is highly preferred
Familiarity with professional services project-based reporting
Exposure to reviewing contracts or SOWs is a plus
