Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, operational analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to leadership and a direct impact on business performance. Accuracy is critical—this role requires a strong commitment to data integrity, attention to detail, and ensuring outputs are both precise and reliable. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, demonstrates strong professionalism, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. The ability to produce clean, well-formatted, and presentation-ready work is essential. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Support monthly and weekly financial reporting processes, including P&L analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities Analyze revenue, costs, and margins across locations and business lines to identify trends and drivers of performance Provide clear, accurate, and well-structured summaries of financial results to support decision-making Data Validation & Management Perform detailed data validation across financial and operational datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Identify discrepancies, reconcile differences, and proactively resolve data issues Maintain high standards for data integrity and ensure outputs can be relied upon by leadership Modeling & Tools Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools, primarily in Excel Ensure all models and outputs are clearly structured, easy to follow, and professionally formatted Continuously improve tools to enhance automation, efficiency, and usability Business & Operational Analysis Analyze operational and financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide analytical support Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership Ad Hoc Analysis Manage a high volume of ad hoc requests and analyses across finance and operations Respond quickly to evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism Deliver outputs that are both analytically sound and presentation-ready Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role Advanced Excel skills required (financial modeling, formulas, data analysis, and data manipulation) Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data validation High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership of work Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights in a clear and structured manner Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Experience working with large datasets and integrating financial and operational data Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting processes Familiarity with business intelligence or financial systems What Success Looks Like Financial reports are highly accurate, timely, and trusted by leadership Data is validated, consistent, and reliable across all reporting processes Work is clean, organized, and professionally formatted for easy review Ad hoc requests are completed efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Insights are clear, well-presented, and drive meaningful business decisions
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
