Full Time Our Client is seeking a driven and analytically curious Senior Financial Analyst to join their Staff & Enterprise Services Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business stakeholders, influence funding and planning decisions, and deliver insights that drive sustainable financial performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through data, uncovering trends, and challenging well?established processes to become more proactive, effective, and efficient. What You'll Be Doing Financial Planning & Analysis Perform core FP&A responsibilities, including monthly close support, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights that help business partners achieve their financial commitments Build reports and executive?ready presentations to support leadership discussions and ad?hoc requests Conduct scenario planning and strategic analysis to support senior?level decision?making Business Partnership & Insights Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights that influence funding decisions and operational priorities Develop new and innovative metrics that change how leaders view and manage their organizations Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency Data Management & Collaboration Coordinate and collect input data from financial analysts across departments Validate data integrity, consolidate inputs, run financial models, and analyze results Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both finance and non?finance audiences Support ad?hoc analysis and special projects across the business Key Competencies for Success Strong communication and influencing skills High analytical curiosity with a problem?solving mindset Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take full ownership of deliverables Passion for continuous learning and enhancing both FP&A and technical skills Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience 2+ years of experience in financial analysis 2+ years of experience with financial modeling Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree in Finance CFA or CPA certification 3+ years of experience in financial analysis 3+ years of experience in financial modeling Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google Suite tools)
