We are opportunistic, value-add investors who acquire, reposition, and ground-up develop assets across multiple asset classes including hotels, multifamily, retail, and gas stations. We execute renovation and operational strategies in-house and are actively involved in day-to-day asset management, financial performance, and development and renovation execution. About the Role We are seeking a driven Investment Analyst to work directly with firm principals on acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, and operational oversight — with a primary focus on hotels and multifamily assets. This position provides hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from initial underwriting through asset management and disposition. Hotels will represent the majority of your focus, with meaningful exposure to multifamily and development projects. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of real estate or investment experience, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a fully in-office role with daily access to senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Underwrite hotel and multifamily acquisitions, including Excel-based financial modeling Analyze STR reports, RevPAR trends, GOP margins, and operating performance across the portfolio Prepare underwriting summaries, investment memos, and presentation materials for lenders and principals Monitor and track financial and operational performance of existing hotel assets Interface with third-party hotel management companies as an asset manager Support broker outreach and manage the acquisition and disposition pipeline Assist with ground-up development feasibility analysis and project tracking Build and maintain portfolio-level financial dashboards and periodic reporting Support firm documentation and organizational needs Conduct market research, comp analysis, and due diligence support for new acquisitions Draft investment memos and executive summaries for lender review Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (required) 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or asset management (required) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build and audit financial models (required) Hotel financial modeling experience — STR reports, Rev
