Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our client in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for providing the Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports, as well as overseeing that the purchase order procedure is followed by the distribution center. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $22 to $25/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Located in Ruther Glen, VA Duties and Responsibilities Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the distribution center Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices Order office products for distribution centers and become the main contact for these vendors Facilitate the standardization of all distribution center operational reports to be in line with Administrative Office directives Review staffing agency invoices Consults with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and all levels of distribution center management Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to manage and lead the workforce Good organizational skills Knowledge of distribution center operations Strong sense of teamwork Able to adhere to strict deadlines- (Salary range based on experience)
