20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML hardware (GPUs/custom silicon), and data center operations. Advanced problem solving skills, including experience with SQL, large datasets, and integrated financial systems. Ability to balance immediate free cash flow maximization with long-term strategic priorities in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence C-levels across Engineering, Product, and Sales. About the job Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions.
