This role will focus on documenting current-state finance processes, analyzing financial data across multiple systems, and helping prepare the organization for a future ERP migration. Seattle (Harbor Island area) - 4-5 days/week

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Core Business Hours) Key Responsibilities Document and analyze end-to-end finance workflows and business processes. Map, validate, and reconcile financial data flows across systems. Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities. Extract and analyze data from SQL Server environments, ERP systems, and SaaS applications. Support data cleansing, validation, and migration readiness efforts. Collaborate with project stakeholders to improve data quality and support future-state finance processes. Requirements Experience supporting ERP transformation or ERP implementation initiatives. Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, corporate finance, and payroll processes. Hands-on experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and writing SQL queries. Experience extracting and analyzing data from ERP or financial systems. Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and cleanup activities. Experience documenting workflows, business processes, and data flows. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including legacy versions. Familiarity with Great Plains (GP) environments. Background in finance operations, accounting, or controllership functions. Experience working within complex or poorly documented legacy system environments.
