This person will support various accounting and operational tasks for the team. You need to have at least three years of work experience, preferably in accounting or operations. Since you will be coordinating with various customers, you need to have professional communication skills. You would join a team that functions in a fast-paced environment so previous experience in a high-volume setting is preferred. This position offers a quick interview process so apply now!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, and general ledger support Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies Support invoice processing, payment runs, and cash application activities Respond to vendor inquiries and handle new vendor set-up Manage employee expenses, reach out for approvals, and process for timely payments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, expense, and financial inquiries
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred At least three years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or a similar role Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset
Pay Details:
