Salary range: $33.74 - $46.31 per hourJob DescriptionThe Treasury Management Sales Analyst serves a key role in the growth and promotion of STCU's member business portfolio by supporting Treasury Management Officers and Merchant Services Officers in the sales process. This position will manage pipeline reporting and facilitate a smooth business member transition to STCU.Core Job / Requirements/OutcomesProvide support to the Treasury Management Officers by communicating with business members; meeting member service requests including modifications and cancellations; and assisting with proposals, RFP responses, pricing analysis, and cash management relationship reviews.
Coordinate pipeline meetings with Treasury Management Officers to review pipeline by including prospects and current deals for closing, reviewing pre-call planning needs, discussing upcoming Working Capital Assessment meetings, providing insight into sales and prospect reports, and aiding LOB with required information for annual renewals for ACH and/or RDC.Manage the implementation process of new business members by preparing paperwork and assisting in gaining signatures, tracking the implementation process to ensure a smooth transition to STCU, helping organize member training, validating proper billing and exception pricing, and providing follow-up with the new business member after implementation to ensure a complete onboarding experience.
Coordinate pipelines by reviewing incoming referrals for Treasury Management Officers and Merchant Services Officers for servicing needs and assigning leads to the appropriate officer.

QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent work experience required.
Job Experience:
Minimum two years' experience with business account sales, Treasury Management sales or implementation experience preferred. Equivalent and directly related experience may also be considered.
Software Skills:
Experience with Finastra's Phoenix, nCino, and Malauzi on-line banking is preferred. Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions:
Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Travel Demands:
Must be willing to travel to branch and member business offices within Washington and Idaho if needed to accompany an officer on a joint call.
