If you have 2+ years of orthodontic finance experience and are looking to grow your skill set, we look forward to hearing from you. Job Details Post insurance/patient payments, account audits, insurance reconciliation, follow on outstanding claims report/accounts receivable, collections, answer patient calls/questions, setup payment arrangements, prepare daily/monthly reports with supporting documentation, send statements and respond to insurance requests.

Full-time (40 hours) Requirements 2+ years of insurance posting Experience working with Dolphin Management Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced setting Great phone etiquette Works well as a team player Stays on task with minimal direction Capable of de escalating tense situations Clear understanding of EOB's and PPO adjustments Benefits Competitive hourly pay depending on skill level 401K Medical/Dental/Vision/FSA Staff appreciation Paid holidays PTO (up to 4 weeks)
