Finance Coordinator/Accountant

Part Time Finance Coordinator Position available at 28.5 hours per week, flex scheduling, and generous PTO package. Must have a degree in Accounting or Business Management. Experience in non-profit grant and fund accounting preferred. Experience in payroll, general accounting duties, utilizing related software, database management, and spreadsheet application. Job requires financial reporting to federal, state, county and local revenue sources as well as internal financial reports. Reporting to agency board and executive director. Recording and reporting of donated activity and items. Management of expenses, payments to vendors, employee payroll/benefits, and cash deposits. Annual filing of tax forms and corresponding state reporting.
