Business Administration Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst - Manufacturing is responsible for being the manufacturing facilities lead financial advisor. This position will lead all financial and accounting functions for the facility; they will partner with management to drive process improvement and cost efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead financial month-end close procedures for the manufacturing facility; including general ledger entries, accruals and account reconciliations. Maintain standard cost as well as analyze material, labor, and overhead variances. Partner with operations to understand cost drivers and improve margin visibility. Lead the manufacturing facilities KPI's and partner with operations to improve per unit costs. Lead and support physical inventory counts and cycle count programs. Strengthen internal inventory controls and documentation processes. Maintain documentation for audits and support audit requests. Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing operation required. Experience working with operations, engineering and manufacturing team members on the development and analysis of cost standards. Proficiency in ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Annual Salary:
