About theRole:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Trade Promotion Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide analytical and operational support across key Order to Cash processes, with a focus on trade promotions, deduction management, and broker commissions. You will serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point, helping ensure accurate execution, strong compliance with internal controls, and timely issue resolution while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and external partners. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Support the trade promotion process from planning through deduction clearing Analyze trade promotion agreements in Vistex to ensure accrual accuracy and identify discrepancies Lead reviews with Sales and Finance to evaluate open agreements and determine required adjustments or closures Serve as an escalation point for the global business services offshore team to resolve complex Order to Cash issues Perform analytical and compliance-based activities including reconciliations, reserve analysis, reclassifications, and root cause analysis Track and resolve issues related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) BOT performance Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and analysis Participate in SOX and SAP testing to ensure compliance with internal controls Support Order to Cash processes related to acquisitions, divestitures, and business changes Assist with training and cross-training of team members to build subject matter expertise Partner with leadership on process improvement and efficiency initiatives Maintain and update procedures and documentation to reflect current practices Support additional tasks and duties as neededImportant Details:
This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position You'll fit right in if you have: Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Trade Promotions, or Broker Commissions Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment preferred Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, assess risk, and develop solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
