Job Description

Carma Laboratories is seeking a detail‑driven Financial Analyst to support cost accounting, new product development (NPD), and monthly close activities in our manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
Prepare financials for new product development projects and perform post‑audits Support monthly close, including production entries, WIP/LOH accruals, and account reconciliations Analyze production and purchase price variances and collaborate with Operations Develop and maintain standard costs for inventory and manufacturing processes Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
What We're Looking For:
4-6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or CPA candidate preferred Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
