  • 5,000 Sign-On Bonus Looking for an opportunity to get visibility with executive leadership and make an impact across a global manufacturing organization?
This role offers exposure to operations, accounting, finance, and senior leadership while supporting multiple manufacturing sites around the world. What You'll Be Doing Analyze financial performance across a network of global manufacturing facilities Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning Identify key drivers impacting revenue, margins, SG&A, working capital, and cash flow Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to explain business results and trends Build reports, financial models, and presentations used by senior leadership Help improve reporting processes and support ongoing system and data initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Business Analysis, or a similar finance/accounting role Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statements Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is highly preferred Ability to explain how production volume, inventory, overhead costs, and margins impact financial performance Advanced Excel skills required Experience with OneStream, Power BI, SQL, SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, or similar reporting tools is a plus Why This Role Stands Out High-visibility position supporting executive leadership Exposure to global operations across multiple business units Clear path toward future FP&A leadership, Controller, or Finance Management opportunities Stable team with strong work-life balance
