Job Description:
A manufacturing company I work with in New Berlin is seeking an Accounting/Financial Analyst to support a recent ERP implementation and drive process improvement initiatives. This role will look to improve reporting, streamline accounting processes, and support month-end close activities. There is one day remote offered, four days onsite. This is a contracted position; 60-90 days, potentially longer. Responsibilities Improve and clean up accounting/finance processes Support month-end close and reconciliations Perform financial analysis and reporting Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards Document processes and create SOPs Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operations teams Requirements Strong process improvement experience Advanced ERP, reporting, and systems skills SQL database/reporting experience Strong Excel skills Ability to work independently and autonomously Manufacturing experience preferred Additional Details Reports directly to CFO Casual office environment with onsite parking
