05/12/2026 Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Analyst. Our client is looking for someone who has 2+ years of related experience, consolidation experience and a strong attention to detail. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple entities and business units. Prepare and record consolidation and elimination journal entries to ensure accurate company-wide financial reporting. Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies between entities to ensure timely resolution. Review and analyze consolidation activity, account reconciliations, and general ledger balances for accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting packages, schedules, and supporting documentation. Partner with accounting teams to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and reporting procedures. Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial results, trends, and key drivers. Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including adherence to reporting deadlines. Maintain and improve consolidation processes, reporting tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and accuracy. Assist with external audit requests and provide supporting schedules and reconciliations as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to support strategic initiatives and reporting needs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and applicable accounting standards. The Senior Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of related experience. Including consolidation experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer
