Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities Perform detailed general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using various accounting software such as QuickBooks. Conduct thorough account reconciliation activities to verify data integrity across multiple financial systems. Support payroll management tasks including data entry, payroll processing via Paychex, and related tax compliance activities. Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide insights for decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and double-entry bookkeeping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation accurately. Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial data effectively while demonstrating strong math skills and financial acumen.
