This position is located in Sacramento. Under the direction of the Supervising Special Investigator (SSI I), the Special Investigator (SI) will serve as a technical expert and handle the most sensitive and difficult issues for the Intake and Mediation Centers. This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs' Conflict of Interest Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office. The position requires Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
