Job Summary This role leads core financial operations, driving accuracy in program financials and supporting site wide decision making. Responsibilities include cash management, overhead rate development, forecasting support, pricing oversight, and audit coordination, along with leadership of a financial analyst team. Impact of the Role General Profile Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Does not typically perform the work supervised Must have any type of one direct report or more Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Supervises the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers. Additional Responsibilities • Develop and manage overhead rate structures; prepare budgets, analyze variances, and explain cost drivers, support plant forcasting with focus on direct labor planning. • Coordinate

rate and proposal audits • Support proposal, pricing and bid efforts Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
