Blue Cross Blue Shield health coverage Compensation $85,000 - 100,000 plus bonus What You'll Be Doing Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
Produce accurate financial statements and consolidated reporting
Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
Strengthening accounting processes, controls, and reporting workflows
Supervise and develop accounting staff
Partner with leadership to support growth and operational decisions What You'll Need to Be Considered 5 years of solid accounting experience
Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
Strong background in intercompany accounting and consolidations
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity structure
Hands-on approach with ownership of full-cycle close processes
Process-building mindset with ability to improve workflows
