Duties Manage the entire auto financing process, including credit analysis, loan approval, and contract preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulations such as TILA. Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate smooth deal closures, negotiate terms, and enhance customer satisfaction. Process title work, lien placements, and title transfers efficiently while adhering to dealership policies. Utilize financial software to analyze credit reports, calculate payments, and prepare detailed loan proposals. Conduct customer consultations to explain financing terms clearly, answer questions about contracts, interest rates, and payment plans. Maintain thorough documentation of all transactions, including loan processing records and compliance paperwork. Skills Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of financial services, credit analysis, TILA regulations, and loan processing procedures. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining integrity. Proficiency with financial software systems and basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations and contract preparation. Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Familiarity with dealership operations including automobile sales processes and title processing.
