Job Description

The Revenue Integrity Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving revenue leakage across the organization's revenue cycle operations. This leader will partner closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance, Clinical Leadership, Credentialing and external vendors to improve reimbursement accuracy, reduce denials, strengthen coding and documentation integrity, and optimize cash performance across dental, orthodontic, oral surgery and pediatric service lines. This is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, operational discipline and cross-functional influence. Key Responsibilities Identify revenue leakage trends across dental, ortho, pediatric and oral surgery operations. Perform root-cause analysis on denials, underpayments, write-offs and adjustments, aging and reimbursement variances. Improve charge capture, claims accuracy and reimbursement outcomes. Monitor payment behavior, denial trends and reimbursement patterns. Audit coding, claim submission, documentation and payer edits. Partner with Operations and RCM leaders to standardize workflows. Participate in vendor governance and payer performance reviews. Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives. Monitor contract and credentialing issues with auditing. Monitor patient credit populations. Qualifications Required 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, revenue integrity, reimbursement, coding or denials- management experience Experience in multi-site healthcare, dental or DSO environments Strong knowledge of: Claims lifecycle Reimbursement Denials AR Workflows Advanced reporting skills KPI development and operational analytics experience Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Experience Dental, Orthodontic, Oral Surgery or Pediatric dental experience Tableau or BI/reporting platform experience CPC, CPMA, RHIA, RHIT or related certifications preferred Key Competencies Leadership & team development Operational excellence Data-driven decision making Process improvement mindset Cross-functional collaboration Adaptability in fast-paced environments Success Metrics Reduction in denial rates Improvement in net collection rate Reduction in AR aging Increased first-pass resolution rate Reduction in avoidable write-offs Improved reimbursement visibility and reporting accuracy Identification and recovery of revenue leakage opportunities
