We're hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager Smile Shoppe Pediatric Dentistry | Rogers, AR Job Summary We are building a pediatric dental organization designed to grow with intention. Five business units. One aligned system. We need someone who takes ownership of the revenue cycle and runs it with precision. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize the entire revenue cycle process within our dental organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee billing, coding, accounts receivable, collections, and reimbursement strategies to ensure maximum revenue capture while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across all financial operations related to patient services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about streamlining revenue processes and enhancing financial performance. If you know dental insurance, understand claims deeply, and care about clean systems, this role gives you full visibility and real impact. Responsibilities End-to-end revenue cycle across multiple units Claims, denials, and insurance follow-up Accounts receivable and collections strategy Patient billing systems Process improvements that scale What matters here Clean claims Predictable AR Fewer denials Clear reporting Systems that hold as we grow Why this role stands out You own the system, not just tasks You help shape operations across five business units You work with a team focused on disciplined growth Experience Confidence with PPOs, Medicaid, and COB Open Dental experience preferred Proven experience managing revenue cycle operations within a dental setting or similar industry. Strong knowledge of dental billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and payer policies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across departments and resolving issues effectively.
