Operations / PM Support Cloud Transformation

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Operations / Program Manager Support resource for a large financial services organization undergoing significant cloud and workforce transformation. This role serves as a key execution partner, ensuring complex initiatives stay on track through strong coordination, reporting, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate thrives in fast moving environments, can juggle multiple threads simultaneously, and brings a strong technical understanding without needing to be the decision maker. Day-to-Day

•  Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define problem scope and solutions
•  Assist in design, review, and decision-making for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests and approvals
•  Manage exceptions, conditions, and compliance requirements for cloud usage
•  Facilitate Office Hours and Weekly/Monthly GCGF Governance Meetings
•  Produce and maintain agendas, reports, and meeting minutes
•  Maintain official documentation ensuring audit and exam readiness
•  Provide end-user support and relationship management for cloud sponsorship requests
•  Enable enterprise cloud strategy while ensuring alignment with policies, controls, and regulations

•  Strong solution design and creative problem-solving skills for business and risk challenges
•  Experience partnering with Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders
•  Hands-on experience with cloud governance, approvals, and risk management
•  Strong understanding of cloud architectures and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
•  Ability to manage highly regulated, audit-heavy processes with strong attention to detail
•  Experience producing executive-ready and audit-ready presentations
•  Strong executive presence with clear communication to technical, executive, and audit audiences
•  Proven ability to influence and persuade across teams
•  Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
•  Knowledge of Global Technology risk policies and practices
•  Familiarity with Cloud Security Review processes and Permit to Send
•  Experience with NIST and cloud-related regulatory frameworks
•  Background working within financial services cloud environments
•  Exposure to or application of AI and emerging technologies in solution design
