Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing & Billing

Job DescriptionJob Description Our fast‐growing, LGBTQ‐owned and operated primary care, PrEP, and STI clinic is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle, Credentialing & Billing to lead all financial, billing, and payer‐related operations. This role ensures accurate reimbursement, efficient workflows, and compliance across all revenue cycle functions while supporting our mission to provide affirming, accessible care to the LGBTQ community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‐to‐end revenue cycle operations, including coding, claims, AR, and denial management Oversee billing staff and ensure accurate CPT/ICD‐10 coding for primary care, PrEP, STI services, and labs Manage provider credentialing, payer enrollment, CAQH, and contract maintenance Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to optimize reimbursement Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid/AHCCCS, Medicare, and commercial payer requirements Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting

Qualifications:

5+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience Strong knowledge of primary care, PrEP, and STI billing Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers Demonstrated leadership and team‐management skills Commitment to LGBTQ‐affirming, inclusive care Competitive pay that is Dependent On Experience DOE
