$130-160k based on experience We're hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to join a stable, growing B2B services company and play a key role in driving financial strategy and performance. This is a highly visible role focused on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis , with the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor on GAAP and accounting matters. What You'll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Deliver insights through variance analysis and KPI reporting Partner with leadership to drive business performance Build dashboards and reporting using Excel and Power BI Leverage automation and AI tools to improve processes Provide GAAP guidance and accounting oversight Review financials and advise on accounting implications of key decisions What We're Looking For CPA or MBA required 5-8+ years of experience in finance + accounting Strong background in financial analysis and planning Solid GAAP knowledge with an advisory mindset Advanced Excel skills ( Index/Match, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP ) Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Exposure to AI tools / financial automation is a plus Proven career stability and progression Why Join Us Stable, established company with strong growth High-impact role with leadership visibility Blend of strategy, analytics, and advisory work Opportunity to work with modern BI and AI tools All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
