Job Description

Job Overview Seeking an energetic, get-things-done person to join our leadership team and champion excellence throughout our revenue engine. We are a mid-sized, privately held organization with 20 years of consistent year-over-year profitable growth. This role is not about inventing new products, creating new markets, or chasing the latest business trend. We know who we are, what we sell, and who we serve. Our challenge is making our revenue engine faster, smarter, more predictable, and more profitable every year. We're looking for a leader who loves metrics, reporting, systems, process improvement, and helping people succeed. Someone who can see opportunities hidden inside the data, translate those insights into action, and help our Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams perform at a higher level. This position is a key leadership role within the company and is intended for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional Revenue Operations responsibilities. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to executive leadership, gain broad visibility into every aspect of the revenue engine, and have the opportunity to grow into increasingly significant revenue leadership responsibilities as the company continues to expand. Roles Revenue Champion who understands that every lead, prospect, customer, campaign, and sales opportunity contributes to company growth and seeks ways to improve performance throughout the revenue engine. Data Detective who enjoys diving into reports, dashboards, trends, and metrics to uncover opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and separate signal from noise. Forecasting Wizard who can look at pipeline, conversion rates, seasonality, and historical performance to build reliable forecasts and improve organizational confidence. Process Powerhouse with a deep belief that documented processes, accountability, and operational discipline create exceptional business results. Techie Geek who loves software, automation, AI, integrations, and systems that reduce effort while increasing accuracy, visibility, and performance. Human Champion who enjoys helping others succeed through clarity, coaching, accountability, and providing the information people need to make better decisions. Business Translator who can bridge the gap between data and action, helping leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what should be done next. Continuous Improvement Junkie who is never satisfied with "good enough" and constantly seeks ways to improve conversion rates, productivity, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and overall business performance. Future Revenue Leader who sees beyond reports and dashboards and takes ownership for improving outcomes, developing people, building teams, and driving organizational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field 7+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Ecommerce Operations, or similar leadership experience within SaaS and/or Ecommerce organizations 5+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing employees and teams Demonstrated success improving revenue performance through analytics, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, and operational excellence Strong expertise with CRM systems, automation, integrations, reporting, and data management; HubSpot experience strongly preferred Experience building KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reporting systems used by leadership teams Proven ability to improve cross-functional performance across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership teams Demonstrated success implementing technology, automation, AI, and process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, predictability, and business performance Apply If reading this posting immediately has you thinking about dashboards, funnel conversion rates, forecasting models, process improvements, attribution reporting, automation opportunities, and all the ways you could help an organization perform at a higher level, then we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning data into action, creating clarity from complexity, and helping good teams become exceptional teams. This role touches nearly every part of the revenue engine and plays a critical role in helping our organization continue its long history of profitable growth. This posting is designed to wake up the passions of the candidate we seek, so please tell us why this role excites you and how your experience has prepared you to make an immediate impact. If the thought of improving systems, helping people succeed, and finding better ways to turn effort into results puts a smile on your face, we'd love to start a conversation.
